Claims

Any claims for damaged goods or short supply must be received within ten (10) days from delivery date.

Credits

Goods ordered and returned for credit may be subject to a 10% restocking fee, at the discretion of Pacific Plumbing Supplies(2012) Ltd.

Freight

Orders over $100.00 exclusive of GST are couriered freight free.

GST

All prices are exclusive of GST.

Guarantee

Pacific Plumbing Supplies (2012) Ltd products are guaranteed against faults in materials and workmanship of such products, and will be replaced or repaired at the discretion o Pacific Plumbing Supplies (2012) Ltd.

NB: Products must be returned complete with all componentry. Returns with missing parts will not be accepted for warranty claims.

MTO

Goods classified as Made To Order (MTO) are supplied on a non-returnable basis.

Payments

Accounts are due for payment on the 20th of the month following invoice date. Accounts not paid by the 30th of the month following invoice date will be put on hold until payment is received. Accounts requiring use of a collection agency shall be liable for any fees incurred in the collection of outstanding amounts owed.

Romalpa Clause

All good supplied remain the property of Pacific Plumbing Supplies (2012) Ltd until paid for in full.
