NB: Products must be returned complete with all componentry. Returns with missing parts will not be accepted for warranty claims. MTO: Goods classified as Made To Order (MTO) are supplied on a non-returnable basis. Payments: Accounts are due for payment on the 20th of the month following invoice date. Accounts not paid by the 30th of the month following invoice date will be put on hold until payment is received. Accounts requiring use of a collection agency shall be liable for any fees incurred in the collection of outstanding amounts owed.
